Process Lab Technician

For our R&D team at our headquarters in Schindellegi, SZ, we are looking for a Process Lab Technician (m/f/d) to start immediately or by agreement.

Main Tasks

  • Professional and efficient implementation of development projects and engineering orders
  • Implementation of the assigned orders including action and schedule planning with colleagues from the TecCenter
  • Execution and coordination of sample production and their analysis on all systems in the TecCenter (compounding, film extrusion incl. subsequent processes, injection molding)
  • Evaluation, documentation, and communication of test results
  • Definition of test methods and criteria for developed products
  • Implementation, coordination and communication of analysis (lab requests)
  • Coordination of quality control for initial production in collaboration with analytics and quality assurance

Profile

  • ducation as plastics technologist EFZ or comparable professional education
  • Professional experience in similar fields of activity
  • Very good organizational skills and strong communication skills
  • Good spoken and written communication in German and English
  • Ability to work independently, purposefully and self-motivated in a strong team
  • A balanced “Getting Things Done” attitude, characterized by ambition, determination, and being action-oriented
