For our headquarters in Schindellegi, SZ, we are looking for an Teamleader Customer & Sales Support (m/f/d).

Main Tasks

  • Technical responsibility in the area of customer & sales support 
  • Technical and personnel management of the internal sales team (3-4 employees)
  • Responsibility for optimizing the ERP system to ensure efficient processing of day-to-day business
  • Responsibility for flawless customer service
  • Processing of international customer orders, from registration and invoicing to delivery to the customer
  • Communication and coordination of orders with sales and AVOR
  • Organization of international transport by courier, air and sea freight (including preparation of export documents and price negotiations)
  • Contact person for our international customers for all order and logistics-related topics
  • Supporting our Account Managers with organizational and administrative services
  • Creating statistics

Profile

  • Completed commercial training with at least 5 years of experience in the field of export/order processing/logistics
  • Further training as an export specialist (foreign trade specialist)
  • Several years of management experience in a similar environment
  • Leader qualities in combination with pragmatic/operational implementation skills
  • Exact and structured way of working
  • Customer-oriented personality with a “can do” mentality
  • Ability and desire to communicate in an international team and promote productive collaboration
  • Very good Microsoft 365 skills
  • Confident written and spoken German and English (any additional language an advantage)
  • Proactive personality who questions processes, contributes ideas and implements them with the team
