We are looking for a Product Development Leader (m/f/d) to strengthen our R&D team at our headquarters in Schindellegi, SZ, starting immediately or by agreement.

Key responsibilities

Product Development Leader (PDL) for assigned product segments

 

  • Leading development projects as assigned by the Innovation Lab
  • Evaluation of new suppliers and maintenance of technical contact with existing suppliers and machine manufacturers
  • Market analysis of additive and product offerings
  • Conducting, analyzing, documenting, and communicating necessary process engineering and analytical experiments for product development
  • Monitoring production during the development stage and initial productions on new
    equipment
  • Documentation of products (TDS, MSDS, RC)
  • Regular training of sales teams on products and technologies
  • Supporting sales during customer visits or trials, troubleshooting

Requirements

  • You are an accomplished plastics, material science or chemist engineer with a university degree (or similar)
  • You possess relevant engineering and business development experience in an international
    setting
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, in order to develop strong relationships, with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
  • You are highly proficient in spoken and written German and English
  • You are able to work independently in a determined and self-motivated manner
  • You have a well-balanced “getting things done” personality who takes action with ambition, perspective and hands-on mentality
